    Are these berries?

    Hello,

I picked a "branch of" these "berries" from a tree.

    My questions are:

    1. Can I say this is a branch/shoot of ...?
    2. What do you call these red things as a generic term when you do not know or do not want to use their professional term? Is "berry" alright? Or "fruit"?

    Thanks.

By the way, I cannot "like" or "thank" with the android app because I cannot open the UsingEnglish webpages with internet browser. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you so much! Can I say "a stalk of berries"? But it just sounds strange, doesn't it?

    Re: Are these berries?

I think I would say a "bunch," like with grapes.
