    No. You would say "I'll have the oatmeal, and a bagel with cream cheese." (If you happen to be ordering breakfast in MikeNewYork's neighborhood, you'd say "and a bagel with a schmear." )

    In BrE, at least, it would be perfectly acceptable to just say "I'll have oatmeal please".

    That sounds delicious, apart from the lox (brined salmon in BrE) - I'm vegetarian.
