    should have Vs had to

    Hello

Can i replace should have had with had to have?

Example after Liverpool chelsea coach Rodgers said

"Liverpool should have had a penalty"

    "Liverpool had to have/get a penalty "

    Thanks

Please see my corrections to your post above, in red.

The simple solution is to find out exactly what "Rodgers" said after that match. If you're going to quote him, you must quote him exactly. You can't change what he said.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
