When the water boiled, the whisper will be made sound.

When the water boiled, the whisper will be made sound.

When the water is completely cooked, do we use "boiled"?

Re: When the water boiled, the whisper will be made sound.

When the water has reached 100 degrees C (the boiling point of water), and is turning into steam, we say "The water is boiling" or "The water has boiled".
But "the whisper will be made sound" means nothing. Do you mean " ... the whistle will sound"?

OP is probably referring to the whistling kettle which produces a whistling sound when water starts to boil.

We are all aware of what the OP probably meant but the question was directed at the OP. We want the OP to look at their post and see that there is an error (or explain to us why they used "whisper").
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
