    My question is how does it correctly to say -



    You've done clearly summary


    You've done clear summary .


    which of them ?

    I'm not sure if your first sentence is part of your question.
    First of all, well done and thank you for your efforts, which made this possible.

    You're created/written a clear summary.

    Summary is a noun. Clear is an adjective that describes the noun.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Well my first sentence wasn't related though i always appricated(not sure if D is needed here) and willing to hear repairs
