I am wondering if it is correct or not.

I have received an telephone call from Naheed this morning at 10.AM, who returned from Canada last night.
She brought some books which were given by you for me. I will get them in the evening when I get her office. So please don't worry about the collection of the books.

    Re: Books

    ***** NOT A TEACHER *****

    Hello, Meela:

I would suggest something like this:

    Dear Mona,

Naheed returned from Canada last night and called me at 10 a.m. this morning. She has the books that you sent me. Please don't worry: I will pick them up when I go to her office this evening.
