have to - certainty - (NO FUTURE FORM?)

    Hi,

    http://www.englishpage.com/modals/haveto.html

have to - certainty - NO FUTURE FORM

I feel a little bit confused. Could you please tell me if we really cannot use 'have to' in meaning of 'certainty' to refer to future.

The examples they give are based on something known at the time of making the assumption, which would make it difficult to project into the future, but a future obligation can also be seen as a certainty.
