Hi guys, I just want to ask a question regarding asking for the cost of something in formal/casual conversations.

Are these correct?

1. How much do these cost?
2. How much do they cost?
3. How much does this cost?

Plus is this a possible way of asking for the cost in casual conversations?

1. How much do they go for?
2. How much do these go for?
3. How much does it go for?
4. How much does this go for?

Plus what is the main difference between "How much will it cost?" and "how much does it cost?"?

I would really appreciate very detailed answers as English is not my native language! (and if there are any other grammatical errors on how I wrote the thread, please do correct me!)

Thank you!

Hello, Dedust:

Someone will soon answer your excellent questions.

I just wanted to point out something that may upset some people: the use of "plus."

Maybe it's OK to use it once, but using it too often may really annoy some people.

(You told us to "correct" you, so I hope that my respectful advice does not offend you.)

Have a nice day!

James
