    Clothes or Clothing

What's the difference between 'Clothes' and 'Clothing'? I have seen them used differently.

Their differences are like "Computer" and "Hardware". Aren't they?

    Re: Clothes or Clothing

I'm not sure about that- clothing is a collective term, it will say that men's clothing is on the first floor in a department store, but the items you buy there would be clothes.
