    Half of him

    Hi guys,

If in the office me and my comrade have been assigned few cases. He has done 60 cases and I have done only 30 cases. And if someone comes and asks how many cases have we completed. can I say?

    1) Half of him.

    2) Half of his cases.

    3) Half of what he has done.

    See my corrections above.

It would depend on the question. If they asked you how many you had done, you could say "I've done 30" or "I've done half as many as Bob". If they asked Bob how many he had done, he could say "I've done 60" or "I've done twice as many as tufguy". If they asked you how many cases you and Bob had done, you could say "We've done 90" or "I've done 30 and Bob's done 60".
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
