    Need to take away mic

    Hi guys,

    Please check.

Over the phone, caller to the recipient.

"I can't hear your voice properly. You need to take away your mic(on which you are speaking which is attached to the headset) from your mouth(need to make distance between mouth and mike). Its creating a lot of eco. It seems your mic is in your mouth. Is my formation correct?

Re: Need to take away mic

No. (The word is "echo," by the way.)

Say something like "Move the phone away from your mouth."

See my corrections above. It's important to put a space before an opening bracket. Decide whether you're going to shorten "microphone" to "mic" or "mike" then stick with your decision.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
