    when pronouncing th sound...?

I'm confused when hearing from native speakers because sometimes it differs from my th sound, and I often miss the sound of it which makes it difficult to understand even a basic sentence.

It's natural not to be perfect when pronouncing it as a non-native foreinger, but I think it's better to find a right way to do it since it's closely
related to hearing of th sound.

I usually put what I feel is the tip of my tongue(end point) to the
void area of upper teeth and bottom teeth...

but I'm wondering if it's correct to put it to the top end part of bottom teeth
and rest of the flesh of my tongue above the tip end part of it between upper and bottom front teeth

It may sound a bit analytical to the point of being funny stupid
but I think it can make a difference in soudn when saying it fast with
    other vowels and consonants.

    Re: when pronouncing th sound...?

If you want to produce any English speech sound correctly you want to get your placement right. The /th/ sound is produced with your tongue slightly protruding from your front teeth. Your upper and lower teeth will come together on your tongue. It will be much easier and beneficial for someone to show you the exact placement rather than reading text instruction. However, there are some videos online that will show you if you Google it. Another good idea is to practice the /th/ sound in isolation with a mirror so you can see and feel the placement.

I don't agree with her second 'oo' or her 'er', both of which she pronounces as a schwa.
You'll probably find other videos close to that one.
