    correct or incorrect sentence

its like someone is trying to show off his skills,,
later he comes up with an answer

" I have nothing to show off for"

meaning i get is that he is trying to say that he's not boasting of his skills

so in that context,is sentence right?

In my view, correct sentence should be "I have nothing to show off" but i am not sure.So need your help to fix it :)

    Re: correct or incorrect sentence

People come in and answer from many different time zones and there are a lot of questions to answer. Please don't post the same question more than once- it makes things messier.
