    They have been defeated, killed

I learned that Present Perfect has 3 points:

    1. Experience.
    2. Result of the past action/accomplishment.
    3. Continuing action.

But there are some sentences that don't have any of these points:

    "They have been defeated".

    "She has been killed".

Why do they use Present Perfect?

Re: They have been defeated, killed

The past perfect tense used in the two sentences can be classified under 'actions accomplished or performed'.

Is it important whether the accomplishment is good or not?
