    Is it correct ''Have ever you been to NY''?

    As a frequency adverb, it might be placed before the mainly verb or shortly after auxiliary ones, right?

    Ps: Sorry there's an exception for ''to be'' variants.

    No. It should be "Have you ever been to New York".

    I assume you are talking about the word "ever". You have not made that clear.

    "Have ever you been to New York?" is incorrect.

    Have you ever been to New York?
    Have you been to New York ever? (I don't like this but it's not incorrect.)
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
