    It it correct the adverbial expression ''one another'' when?

    When not indicating certain amount of agents as: ''Students decided everything with one another''.

    Are you talking about there being an unspecified number of students (in your example)?
    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
