    consider myself past

    Hello:

In this blog(Only 88 days left to your next childless Christmas)
I have told him I do not consider myself past the age of having children, and left it at that. Now I feel I must wait until he is ready to talků but the clock keeps on ticking!

Is the "past" a preposition or an adjective here?

    Thank you.

    Re: consider myself past

    Preposition.
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....
