    Usage of 'would have'

    Are the following sentences the same according to grammatical rules and meanings?
    If different then please explain briefly.

    I would have liked to have grown up in the country.

    I would have liked to grow up in the country.

    Choose either your #2:

    'I would have liked to grow up in the country' or

    'I would like to have grown up in the country'.
