Could you tell me pls: is there any case in which we can use structure like "How does she goes to school?" ?

No, It should be "How does she go to school?" or "How does she get to school?"

After do, does, and did, one always uses the so-called base form (the infinitive without "to"):

Where does Raul work?
Why did Mona cry?
