We'd like to move forward with the booking but was wondering how come there's no picture of the second bedroom with the second bed?

Is this sentence okay?

Change 'was' to 'were'.

Does that make the sentence grammatically correct and more native - like?

Yes, it does. I would also replace "how come" with "why."

I'd replace 'move forward' with 'go ahead'.

I might use "We would like to proceed with our booking ...". I would probably then say "However, I would be grateful if you could send me a photo of the second bedroom with the second bed". (I assume there is a photo of the second bedroom but with just one bed in it.)
