Having lived / having suffered

is there any other way to say this sentence:
"having lived my entire life in a small city and having suffered from depression, I know the attitudes people have"
I think it sounds a bit clumsy when I repeat "having" twice in the sentence... So is it possible to leave the second "having" out?

No. It's fine to use 'having' twice. (You didn't repeat it twice — you repeated it once.)

Remember to start every sentence with a capital letter and end it with the correct punctuation mark.

Well, "having lived my entire life in a small city" and "having suffered from depression" are two very different things. There does seem that there should be more to that sentence. (You know the attitudes people have about what?)
