Passive voice and reported speech in a sentence.

May you please tell me if the following sentence correct?

Housekeeper: I cleaned your room(active) My room was cleaned(passive)

And i am telling my friend ' The housekeeper told me that my room was cleaned 'or 'The housekeeper told me that my room has been cleaned'
