    stand-up meetings

    In fact, several organizations use regular stand-up meetings to maintain strong bonds and reinforce a shared mindeset..

    I have never attended a stand-up meeting. Is it really effective? Do companies use it a lot?

    I've not heard of that before, but I read yesterday about exercising without going to the gym and they were talking about standing up as much as possible and having meetings standing up so... I might suggest it next time! :)
