    Need help with relative clause.

Can you please tell me if the following sentences are correct or not?

    1) The woman who was standing near the door was talking with a man. Is it possible to say ' The woman standing near the door was talking with a man'

    2) The year when my friend died. or The year my friend died.( Can i say without 'when')

    3) Do you know what he will do? or Do you know what will he do? Thanks.

    2) The year when my friend died, or The year my friend died.( Can I say without 'when'?) Yes.

No. "What he will do" is correct.

I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....
