    owe to someone or owe someone

    You still owes to me.
    You still owes me.
    Could you tell me which one is correct?Or both varients are possible?

    They are both incorrect. "You still owe me" is correct.

    Ten pounds is still owed to me.

    I have a lot of sympathy with elderly people without computers who just want to continue to pay their bills as they always have done.
