Should I write/say, "I'm going to lay down or lie down?"

    Re: Lay or Lie

Have you looked up "lie down" and "lay down" in dictionaries and phrasal verb lists?

If you click HERE, you will find this forum's list of phrasal verbs and you can find both "lie down" and "lay down" there.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
