    English words about position

    Hello teachers,

Can you help to distinguish these terms? I am confused. When should we use "Director, manager, chief executive, president, head"?

    Thank you very much!

    Jenny

Those titles are determined by the particular company that employs them. Use the titles that are given.

Are there any rules for using these titles? For example, the leader of a committee should be the chair.

Could be a "Chair", "Head" "Chairman", Chairwoman" and probably more.
