    Receive

    Hi,
Could anyone please help me with this sentence?
What does mean this: "The periphery employees may receive the equivalent to hard HRM with systematically eroded skills and depressed earnings.
Does it mean due to systematically eroded skills and depressed earnings they receive the equivalent to hard HRM?

In contrast periphery employees are not incorporated into organization and may not receive such benefits thus receiving too hard HRM with systemically eroded skills and depressed earnings
    .

    Thanks

It seems to be so. (It seems to be that their skills are not eroded but that they need skills to fit the changing circumstances -- skills they do not have.)
