    íHola!
There are several forms of oil pulling that millions of people are claiming will transform your health.

    Is this sentence written properly?
    Where is the subject ?

If you wish to post in a language other than English, please post it in the "Other Languages" section.

The main sentence is written correctly. What do you think the subject is?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

I don't understand the use of "pulling" there.

"Oil pulling" is a method of helping particularly toothache and abcesses. You put a tablespoon of oil (olive oil or coconut oil seem to be the favourites) in your mouth and swill it round for 10-20 minutes, morning and evening, for as many days as it takes to clear up the problem. The "pulling" refers to the oil's apparent ability to "pull" the infection or toxins out of the affected area. That's why it's important not to swallow the oil at the end of each "pull" - it's full of nastiness!
