    Which Sentence is correct and Why?Please provide detail reason

    1.Task has been done.
    2.Task has been doing.

    Second sentence is Present perfect continues , but I don't know why first sentence is used and what tense is that ? Please provide detail reason.

    Neither sentence is correct and the second is beyond repair. 1 needs a determiner - 'a' or 'the'.
