    Influence range of 'not'

Hello, I just got lost while writing a sentence like this:

Not all cellphones here in the shop are black, and might not include TV-out feature.

I was writing this sentence in the meaning of:

Not all cellphones(being selled in the shop) are black.
There is a possibility that some cellphones(being selled in the same shop) are not including TV-out feature.

    The question is:
Q1. Is the first sentence I wrote above grammatically right?

I was wondering if it is grammatically wrong, because it may mean--
--'Not all cellphones here in the shop are black, and not all cellphones in the shop might not include TV-out feature.'

I was going to say like--
--'Not all cellphones here in the shop are black, and cellphones in the shop might not include TV-out feature.'

I didn't know how to express this question, so I used kind of weird thread title.
Q2. If I use a pronoun or skip it, does the pronoun contain its original noun's modifier?

    Thanks for reading.

    Re: Influence range of 'not'

I don't know what you mean. The "Not all cellphones" refers to everything in the rest of the sentence so you have :

    1) Not all cellphones in the shop are black.
    2) Not all the cellphones in the shop might not include TV-out feature.

I'm sure you realise the second is hard to understand. Not all of them exclude the TV-out feature? Not all of them have it? Some of them have it? Do any of them include it?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Sorry, the second one I've written looks confusing a bit, and it was kind of out of question. I didn't know what to ask.

Then can I skip 'some'? Could it have same meaning?
