    regretting it all your life

    Are these sentences correct:

1-A child is born demanding care for years.

2-You give in to a whim, regretting it all your life.

3-We interviewed her on Tuesday, realizing four days later that all she had said was purely in jest.

4-I bought that jacket two months ago, finding out it was too small for me about a week later.

    Gratefully,
    Navi

Yes, though the first may have alternative punctuation/meanings.
