Hi there,

Would you please let me know if there's any difference between the two?

Can we interchangeably use about and with with the verb please?

I was asked the question. I'm wondering if there are any such differences, let alone use them in a context. Sorry anyway!

'I was pleased with the gift you gave me.'

'I was pleased about your exam success.'

'I was pleased to hear about your engagement.'

They are not interchangeable.
