    the questions are about Googly

Hey guys, Hope you all are doing fine,

Its a question about movement of googly,
I'm going to give you the context:

You know the leg break, right?
    And the off break.
Now, the googly looks like a leg break, but it's really an off break. Got it?
A good batsman will spot a googly. A good bowler will hide it.

I can't realize the meaning of "leg break" and "off break" !
I really appreciate if you help me out.
    Thanks in advance

Re: the questions are about Googly

PS Don't worry too much if the explanations don't help- cricket is a foreign language to many people. I have no idea what most of these terms mean and I am British. Cricket fans understand them, while the rest of us have little or no idea what they mean.

Re: the questions are about Googly

    I am not a teacher.

A leg break describes the movement of a cricket ball from the leg side to the off side. An off break is the exact opposite.

I inferred from the OP that 'googly' and the other terms were understood; it was just the 'break' that was causing the problem.
