My best advice is practice! Practice as often as you can, wherever you can. For example, when you are at home, turn the radio on and find an English-speaking station (one without too much music). Don't listen to it consciously, just play it in the background all the time. This will help you to recognise the rhythm and cadence of the language. Comprehension will come gradually. As far as speaking is concerned, speak English at every possible opportunity. Talk to yourself in English. Talk to your friends and your family members in English. Find a local language exchange group, join it and attend as often as possible. Find someone locally who wants to learn your native language and arrange to meet a couple of times a week for an hour - for 30 minutes, speak English and for 30 minutes, speak your native language.
