[Grammar] Ali's book - the book of Ali or Ali's?

2. The book of Ali.
Can I use the second sentence instead of the first or they have different meanings?
It beats me that the second means: the beek is written about Ali's life or something. Is that right?

Ali's book is a book that belongs to Ali. The book of Ali is probably a book about Ali.

For me, "The Book of Ali" sounds like a Bible chapter.
