    two sentences difference

she is wearing a ring on her finger, she must be married.
she is wearing a ring on her finger, she is married.

I think there isn't any differences between two sentences because they all represent "she" have married.
please someone tell me what the difference.
    thanks.

    Re: two sentences difference

Both are incorrect. Both should start with a capital letter. Both are comma splices. The commas should be semicolons, and there should be spaces after the semicolons.

I prefer the first because it expresses an assumption, which is all one can justify from a ring. The second states a fact which is a bit strong considering the evidence.

    Re: two sentences difference

    ***** NOT A TEACHER *****

    Hello, Kiann:

    I would prefer something like:

"She must be married, for she is wearing a ring."

    NOTES:

    1. Many people in 2014 would prefer "because." They consider "for" as too old-fashioned.
    2. It is not necessary to say "on her finger." If one "wears" a ring, then we all know that it is on one's finger.
