    He is kind by heart
    He is kind to heart
    He is kind at heart

    Which one is correct?

    Only kind at heart is correct.

    "He is kind of/by heart" would have been a better title for this thread.

    Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
