Unhappy How to use certain words?

Hi, how are you? My names is Josť Adailton, and I from Brazil. Now I'm English's student alone. I'd like to know how to use "Refresh" and "To bring something up to date"? Other thing that I'd like to know is: how to form sentences in English?

When you refresh a webpage you bring it up to date. (What a coincidence!)
