I am being hit by my friend.

The kid said, I am being hit by my friend.

Does hit used correctly? The kid is being push by other kid's body.
In this case, what word should be used?

Re: I am being hit by my friend.

If the kid is being hit, the first is correct. If the kid is being pushed, use "pushed" instead of "hit".

You first sentence is a direct quote. It should have quotation marks: The kid said, "I am being hit by my friend."Your second sentence should be "Is hit used correctly?"Your third sentence should be "The kid is being pushed by other kid's body.

Re: I am being hit by my friend.

Was the kid in the process of being hit while saying that?
    Or was the action over?

If the action was over, he should say : I have been hit by my friend.
or I was hit by my friend.

In real life, Jason, a child would not use the passive.

He'd say "Bobby hit me" or "Benny pushed me".
