Any other common names for 'card readers' in England?

    Hi,

Is there any other commonly used words referring to 'card readers' or 'card swipers', please?

Re: Any other common names for 'card readers' in England?

I have occasionally heard them called "terminals".

Please note that you should say "Are there any....?" rather than "Is there any...?", since you are asking about the plural "words".
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....
