    After looking at the photo, I think I can/could just fix it myself.

    Are both okay here?

    Why is could okay here as well?

    Shouldn't it be just can because could is a possibility and photo shop is something we all can use.

    "Can" is more positive, more confident. "Could" indicates a possibility.
