Will you talk to you wife to-be on the phone

    Hi teachers,

My religion does not allow to talk to your fiancee/fiance after the engagement. But some of us still do and even before the engagement. So please read the following conversation and correct the underlined part.

N: Will you talk to you wife to-be on the phone after your engagement?
    A: No, I will not.
N: What if she asks you to talk to her?
A: Then I'll think about it.
N: OK but you will never do first in asking her to talk to you on the phone, will you?
N: OK but you will never do first in talking to her on the phone, will you?

    Thanks.

The last two are incorrect. "OK, but you will never ask her to talk to you on the phone, will you?"

Can't I use "first" in this sentence?

    The word "ask" implies "first".
