He was working in THE office

Are (corrected) the sentences in bold correct?

Once upon a time there lived a man. He was working in the office all days and all nights.
He had a big bank. And there were a lot of people who were working all days long in the bank…

If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

    No.

He worked in an office all day and all night.
Many people worked all day long at the bank.

Also "He had a big bank" means he was the owner of the bank. Is that what you meant?
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

Yes. (It was not me, but one of my students who wrote it).

Bigelow, that is not a proper sentence. It needs to begin with a capital letter and end with a period/full stop.
