"the place he is going to deliver that letter to"?

    Situation:

We might not meet again. How can I receive my letter? I want to mention the place he is going to deliver that letter to? How?

I'm sorry - I don't understand what you mean. Can you explain this a different way?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    Hello, Barb!

I asked an American professor for a recommendation letter/a letter of recommendation. His response was, "Your final grades for course need to be taken into consideration." We are going to meet tonight for the final exam. We might not see each other again. I want to mention the place he is going to deliver that letter to. How? Thanks.

Have you already told him where to send/deliver the letter?

Professor Smith, if you're still willing to write the letter of recommendation for me, I have the information here on where to send it. May I give it to you now?

Then I would go with Barb's suggestion in post #5.

The professor is going to send, not deliver the letter to you.
If it is through postal mail, the information is called the address.
If it is through e-mail, the information is called the e-mail address.

    not a teacher

The only place where I can receive his letter is through a bookshop. I have no P.O. Box.

Then you can tell the professor to leave the letter with the bookshop so that you can go collect it.
