    Home

    Hi guys,

Please check. "When I was born, for the first six months. I lived in the house of my father then my mom got divorced with my father. Then we(Me and my mother)moved to my Grany's home(My mother's mother) or my mother's brother home, since then till the end of 2010 I lived there". Is it correct? Can I also say then I moved on to live with my mother and my step father in year 2010(My mother had got married again in 2001)?

    Re: Home

    This is all very confusing.

    1. You lived with your father.
    2. Then your father and mother divorced.
    3. Then "we" moved to your Granny's home. (who is "we?) Or your mother's brother's (your uncle) home. Which was it?
    4. Then your mother and step-father.

    Is that correct?

See above for my suggested rewrite.

Remember to put a space before an opening bracket and a space after a closing bracket, and that there is no reason to capitalise the first word inside brackets if those brackets appear inside another sentence.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

    Re: Home

We can use "Since then" only if the activity or situation that we are refering to is still going on.
