    Subject

    Hi

This sentence was written by a native person but I think that a subject is necessary before "once".What do you think?

Imaging lets us see the unknown worlds. Once used only in the healthcare industry, it's now used in manufacturing and academia as well.

    Many thanks.

    Re: Subject

The sentence is fine as it is written. The only thing I object to is the "the" before "unknown".

    Re: Subject

    Thank you MikeNewYork.

What's the problem with "the" exactly?

    Re: Subject

It is not needed unless you referred to specific unknown worlds.
