do you need the article "the" here?

    Hi everybody!

Do you need to use the definite article "the" in a sentence with a listing like the following? :

...[...]. information about street, city, zip code and phone number.

    Thanks

We can't say without knowing the first part of the sentence.

    Sorry about that.

I do not know where my parents are. You could surely give me information about them, street, city, zip code and phone number.

I don't know where my parents are. Surely you could give me some information about them - their full address and phone number, for example.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.

yes, their full address. but if I want to live the listing like that? The question is whether I need to add the definite article "the"

I would still use "their", rather than the definite article.

Surely you can give me their street address, city, zip code and phone number.

You could ask that question more politely. Perhaps:

I don't know where my parents are. I don't even know what city they live in. Could you help me find them? Could you give me their phone number and their street address?

    ***** NOT A TEACHER *****

    Hello, Meraviglioso:

The teachers have given you advice on how to write that sentence in standard English, and that is the reason that people post questions here.

I think, however, it would be accurate to say that many native speakers in an informal conversation or note would, in fact, leave out "unnecessary" words:

"I don't know where my parents are. Surely you could give me some info: street, city, zip code, phone number."
