    "created" instead of "allowed"

    It's me again.

    Another positive aspect was that it allowed opportunities to exhibit cars in various conditions.

    Wouldn't it be possible to just say "created" instead of "allowed"?

    Yes, "created" is more proactive; "allowed" is more passive.
