    Smile Over, over

Many people put Over after every sentence they say, but it's not the problem because I know Over has tons of meanings. The thing is that I get confused of "All over" . For example:
We ca recreat the history all over again
Can you explain what it means ?
    Thanks

We can recreate the history all over again - that was the original sentence I think.

Recreate all over again would mean that you will think about the facts that took place somewhere in the past and you will analyze them, that is you`ll go through them in details, starting from the beginning of any particular evet for example. Let`s recreate the history of how the Second World War broke out: first Germans attacted Poland, then something else happend and something else etc... all the events were recreated from the beginning, that is we caused them to happen in our heads again.
